Warranty

Your BRELLUM watch is guaranteed for a period of two (2) years starting on the purchase date, covering all manufacturing defects during regular use as stated in following terms: BRELLUM Swiss Watchmaking will replace free of charge any defective parts due to a manufacturing error, duly noted by our technical services.

This warranty is valid only for wristwatches accompanied by the guarantee card and the Chronometer Certificate (COSC).

What happens if my watch fails during the warranty period?
For defects covered by the warranty, we will arrange for the collection of your Brellum watch from your home anywhere in the world and return it to you after repair and inspection, at our own expense.

What happens if my watch breaks down after the warranty period?
After the warranty period, we can, upon request, arrange for the collection of your Brellum watch from your home and give you the benefit of our preferential rates. We will send it back to you after repairs and checks. For each repair we offer a quotation (repairs and collection and shipping costs).

How do I return my watch to Brellum for service (every 5 years)?
For the maintenance services of your Brellum watch (recommended every 5 years), we can organize the collection of your Brellum watch at your home and let you benefit from our preferential rates. We will provide you with a quotation for the maintenance service and transport costs (collection and shipping).

Can I have my watch repaired by my usual watchmaker during the warranty period?
No, in the event of a problem during the warranty period, we organize the collection of the watch, the repair and the return, at our own expense.

Can I have my watch repaired by my usual watchmaker after the warranty period?
If you wish to have your watch repaired at your usual watchmaker and he needs spare parts, we can provide them on request. We offer a quotation for parts and shipping costs.

Can I have my watch serviced by my usual watchmaker?
If you prefer to have the maintenance services performed at your usual watchmaker's and he needs spare parts, we can provide them on request. We will provide a quotation for the necessary parts and shipping costs.


Any servicing or repair work to your BRELLUM watch must be carried out by a BRELLUM service center only or the International Warranty is no longer valid.

The International Warranty does not cover theft, loss or acts of God, or the consequences of natural disasters, damage resulting from accidents (shocks, knocks, dents, crushing, etc.), alteration or opening by other than BRELLUM Swiss Watchmaking, damage resulting from mistreatment or improper use, damage resulting from any tampering with the watch by any party whatsoever than BRELLUM, as well as the consequences of normal wear and ageing of the watch.

The International Warranty does not in any way cancel, restrict or otherwise affect any legally recognized consumer rights or privileges in the country of purchase of your BRELLUM watch.
